Strength being the baseline for all physical attributes (agility, mobility, power, accuracy, etc) and barbells being the most accommodating and loadable instrument to progress strength. After initial private face to face introductory sessions together at the gym, we work via the TrueCoach online programming app. Narrated video coaching via Screencastify, tailored weight training programming, and goal updates are standard. See Pricing for logistics and scheduling details. Your strength training workouts will proceed in a logical linear pattern in the novice phase.
